Please contact gallery for price
A satinwood inlaid sycamore (harewood) Pembroke table with a central oval panel of satinwood with rosewood banding, the legs of sycamore topped by inlaid capitals of boxwood, the tapering legs strung with boxwood, terminating in brass casters.
The carcass of this exceptional Pembroke Table is Honduran Mahogany, as is the drawer. Being made of such high-quality timber to such a high standard, it can only have been made by one of the top London cabinet makers. It has a number of strong similarities with the work of Ince and Mayhew.
